    Green Purple Screen? Korean Wii

Hi thanks for taking the time to read about my dilemma

I was in the process of softmodding my Korean wii 3.3ver. korean wii using this guide
    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

and it was going along perfectly until the section on changing the region of the wii. I was doing it from Korean to USA, and it told me I needed to delete my wii shop account or else I'll get some sort of error and while i was exiting the homebrew to do that, this green and pink striped screen popped out. Can anybody help? Is it recoverable? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated..

    thanks

EDIT: It's a green and PINK striped screen

    Burn this disc
    http://www.mediafire.com/?h75njs6d88bvga8
Load it via savemiifrii, then finish chapter 2.

Do you have a kor wii shop account? If you do it needs to be deleted prior to doing the region change. You have already started the region change, if your shop channel does not work, you may need to region back to kor to delete the shop account and then region change again. Or don't used shop

Edit- actually if you need to delete the kor shop account just set the language to english in arc, then delete the shop account for kor, then change all the region settings to usa/euro in arc, then priiloader.

hey mauifrog thank u so much for the reply.
I came across this thread and I found that this user's problem is similar to mine,

    http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...-start-up.html

Should I just use MMM-60-kor.zip file(which resolved the issue for that user) instead of the MMM-250-KOR.zip file you provided? And i'm having a hard time finding a Tri-wing screw driver to open up my gc controller so it'll take some time before i can get back to you with the results

again thank you so much for replying

MMM-60-kor is good to use, they both should work.

hey mauifrog thanks so much for sticking with me so far

Although there were hiccups, I managed to seemingly unbrick my wii.

After I managed to get to the MMM menu through Savemiifrii and using the MMM-60 file, I picked off from "Part 2 Optional Regional Change" but instead of selecting "ARCmod06_Offline" through the HBC, I did it through the MMM, as that was the only menu I could access after doing a safemiifrii. After doing all the steps, when I tried to exit towards the HBC my wii froze with the white text scrambled in a square border in the middle of hte black screen. I reseted thinking I had to do Save mii Frii again, but much to my surprise my Wii booted up in the US format. Then I continued 'till the end to the guide.

So regarding the unorthodox method of 'seemingly' completing the Softmod, in your opinion, how stable do you think this Softmod is?
Also, just by only doing this guide to the fullest, will I be able to play Zelda Skyward Sword via USB to the fullest(nothing extra I have to do, and no predictable bugs/glitches)?

    Thanks

    You can fix it.
Method 1- buy a new korean game, animal crossing, new super mario bros, zelda, those would work and probably anything as new. Do savemiifrii and let the disc update the wii back to 4.2/4.3kor
Method 2 buy a modchip and use a burned disc. Or if you installed cioscorp/darkcorp you could use that.

Can your wii play burned backup dvd's?
