Oh okay. Let me see, I'm downloading the ModPack NTSC U.zip right now then the CIOS zip.

Question: Will I need the IOS Update and the Wii Shop zips if it installs 4.1 and I was 4.2?

I would do it all because you have no clue what got jacked up in the failed update. If the stuff is already there it will just overwrite it, no harm at all.

OK, cjizzle has pointed out that this is due to your jacked up internet channel. If you can run Any Title Deleter you can remove the bad channel and should be unbricked.

It should be in Installed Channel Titles. Since you had problems the first time it could be listed as UNKNOWN. Just go through and delete the UNKNOWNs. You can google the id's of everything if you want to make sure of what you are deleting.

installed channel title 00010001484144xx <---i am pretty sure on that #, but not 100%
I have never had to do this, but that is the id number that NUSD has for internet channel. I assume the xx is variable by region number or version.

all of them have the four letter codes for example (JADE), (NAZE) etc, there is only one (....) and idk which one that is could that be homebrew channel one?

    af1bf516 (....)

@ skellinator: I don't think that's in as all of the number codes have 8 digits then followed by (4 letters).
