Hi everyone, i'm trying to find a way of unbricking my wii as you all know, I had an idea that mauifrog had mentioned in another thread. ok i have a wasabi dx mod chip in my bricked wii but it doesn't have autoboot enabled, if i was able to configure it on another wii machine would there be any chance of me fixing my brick wii?

    thanks in advance

If you can set it to auto boot there is a good chance to fix it but not a guarantee.

Not sure how it bricked, but it does not sound good. I don't really think there is anything you can do. Possibly nand reprogramming, but only if the wii is very old or you have a nand backup.

I think it may of been where i didn't install all of the wads? I only installed the SystemMenu-PAL-v450 wad do you think that would have caused it being bricked? funny thing is it said at the end install ok so i exit it and rebooted and that when i got the blank screen. i think my wii was made in 2006. I also have a wasabi dx modchip installed could i do any with it to maybe help unbrick my wii.

    kind regards
