System Menu Freeze Help!

My brother recently installed a theme for our wii. The them works fine i can do everything... Except for click on my channels without the wii freezing. Now the freeze is that my picture is still there no black screens but i cant do anything and my wii remote does not respind. Now i can access my SD card with no problem. I try to get to hombrew channel to change the theme back to the original but i cant since i cant click on any channels without getting the wii to freeze. Any one know how i could somehow access homebrew channel in someway without using it from the system menu?

Themes are always dangerous as you just expierenced. The only options I can think of are bootmii/boot2, priiloader and perhaps the bannerbom, but I have to admit I do not have very much expierence with themes. I am moving this to the bricked section.

I think you will be able to use bannerbomb to fix this wii.

Do you have priiloader? If you do, you can access the HBC through priiloader and then re-install your system menu!
But make sure that you install priiloader again, as installing a new system menu will delete priiloader!

My wii said it had Priiloader but for somereason it will not run... Banner bomb doesnt work for 4.3 does it? I just need some way to access homebrew channel for 5 minutes. any ideas on how to access it from Sd card launch or even just MYmenuify? I for got to mention my wii is 4.3 U....

Hold the reset button while you power on the Wii. What all do you have on your sd card?

Holding reset doesnt work :( and priiloader is on Sd card but apparently will not work.... Any possible way to launch a nintendo wii game disc when it is inserted into the wii instantly? that way i dont have to click the disc channel and can start up brawl for the smash hack?

Priiloader needs to be installed to launch. If it's not launching, it's likely not installed. If it is an older white wii and you have bootmii installed as boot2, you could download this, put it on the root of your newly fat32-formatted sd card and see if it launches. If it does, report back you'll have some options.

You didn't have prilloader installed then. I don't beleive there is way to do that.
