Can you get into bootmii? If so then that is good news! Wait for someone more knowledgeable about this and they'll get your wii working again. It is 4th of July weekend so you might have to wait awhile to get a response. I wouldn't do anything to the wii for now, be patient and wait for an answer.

You can try to make a new nand backup with bootmii, than format the nand.bin with giantpune's nand.bin formater "oneswananeger" or something like that. Format the nand.bin, install sm 4.1 and check it with the nandbincheck tool, then restore your new nand.bin with bootmii. That will give you a clean nand, and if that does not help you have a hardware issue. It could be the BT module, wifi, or bad drive, probably an intermittent problem.

Does the wii turn on when you remove the sd card/USB/GC/etc?

Ok I going to try that.
I just have a few questions.

    1) I have a nand back up already with all of my saved data on it from before I reformatted the system, can I used that one or does have to be a new one?
    2) As you can tell im kind of a noob when it comes to hacking the wii. Are there step by step instructions to formatting my wii with the giantpunes's thingy.

And my wii always turns on when I press the power button but the tv just does not receive a signal from the wii regardless of what is or what is not plugged into it.
And its not the cables or my tv because I tested both on them already.
