    Exclamation Bricked Wii

    Hi, I recently bought a Wii off Ebay. Its a NTSC-U, LU56 2006 model.

There is a black screen on my television when i turn it on.

I tried to turn it on and hold the reset button for the menu.

I don't have any NAND or any kind of back up.

    I don't know the firmware and I don't have a GC controller.

    Can anyone help me please.

    Any help would be awesome.

    Thank you for reading.

I am pretty sure you have a nand candidate. you can try syncing the Wiimote there is no harm in that whats it gonna do stop working more? Do have a friend with a Wii try his cables if you do make sure yours work.

Your post doesnt make much sense.

If its the Wifi module, savemiifree will show nothing - which means it could be wifi, full brick or other hardware issue.

If savemiifrii DOES work, but the wii wont boot normally any other time, its probably the bluetooth module.

A Gamecube controller can, however, help us determine if it's the WiFi Module.
I got my hands with a Gamecube controller and it still wouldn't show up.

I used SaveMiiFrii and it didn't work. I opened the GC controller and it pressed all of the buttons on the D-pad. Am I suspose to press it before I turn on the wii? Or press all of them after I turned on the wii?

Press them before you start the Wii. Much easier that way.
