    Bricked wii.. have priiloader

    Hello Guys,
    I need your help.
    Here's my set-up before.
    a. Two years ago I modded my wii ntsc using dogeggs guide. Just this months my little kid I think erase hbc, neogamma and every channel except the defaults.
I have prior installed preloader 0.29, running on 4.1U.

    What I did today:
    1. I succeeded in reinstalling hbc the old version not 0.8 and is working including the menu. And then I followed this guide to update my IOS. But first I ran the syscheck log to find out the old IOS that I need to update.
So after knowing from syscheck I started at step 3a and 3b. I updated all missing IOS including IOS60 patched. But this is where my mistake is I overlooked the part the says install system menu. Because prior to this my system menu is already 4.1U. So I did not perform this part and did not check Display Wii System Info in MMM. I just exited the MMM and then when I rebooted my wii I get a black screen with garbled but readable notice in the screen saying "The System files are corrupted. Please refer to wii operations manual for troubleshooting."

The good news is my preloader o.29 is working....but the bad news is I'm lost and I do not know the next step to take. Please help

This guide is excellent it was my fault of not following it carefully.

    Try this:

    1. Download MMM_FIX_4.1U_CB2_BB2.zip
    2. Extract contents of zip file to freshly formatted SD card.
    3. Insert SD card in Wii and bring up Priiloader by holding reset at startup.
    4. Choose the load/install file option
    5. Select boot.dol and press 1 to load file.
    6. MMM will start. From the main menu choose wad manager
    7. Press 1 to select all wads and then press A to install.
8 Wait for all wads to install properly and then press b until you return to the main MMM menu.
    9. From the main MMM menu choose App manager and select Priiloader
    10. Priiloader Installer starts. Choose to install Prilloader using cios by holding B and pressing +.
    11. Exit to system menu

    Hello Streamlinehd,
I was able to load the MMM and installed the wad. Success from step 1 to 8. But in step 9 when I install the priiloader by holding B and pressing +, I get an error and then it proceeds to a garbage screen. I rebooted it and it now boots system menu.
Next I tried to test if priiloader is installed by pressing reset upon power up and surprisingly it installed. Now my priiloader is already v0.4(r78) from 0.29. But I'm a bit confused since when I installed the priiloader I got a garbage but when I tested it, it installed to 0.4. Did I properly installed the priiloader?
What should I do next? Thanks.

    Hi Shift_lock, I have boot2v3

Sounds like you have boot2 Bootmii installed. Take your SD card out and restart your Wii. Let me know if the issue is fixed.

Edit: I edited your reply above and deleted your most recent reply, no need to post the same info twice thanks

    Hi Streamlinehd,

I need your help again. I modified another wii which is a boot2 as IOS. 4.1u firmware. I have the same problem. I need to reinstall the systemmenu. I followed the steps above in thread #3.
MMM loads in preloader. However my problem is the wiimote doesn't respond so I can not move it to the wad manager and install the system menu 4.1. What should I do? Thanks.
