Ok, I'm willing to give this a shot. I've used the original SaveGame Manager before, so I can do that part. I'm unfamiliar with use Wii Mod, though. If you could give me a brief walk-through, that'd be cool.

Update: I've extracted all my saves from my Wii. The notes to SaveGame Manager GX say "A save game must already exist on the Wii to restore saved games. Play the game once and create a save file before restoring a save game using installer mode." Is there a way around this so I can load all my saves onto my new nand without having to create 200+ game saves manually?

You can use the wii backup disc, save all then restore to the new nand. You can load the disc from neogamma on a wbfs drive.

Cool, I'd never heard of it until now (probably because I've never had any serious issues with my Wii). Would this be it? Wii Backup Disc - WiiBrew Edit: found where to download it
So I should choose "Save All", load the new nand into my Wii, and the choose "Restore All"?

Alright, so I'm getting an error when running the repair disc. It says:
    WADBackup 0x0000000100000002 failed: -3006
Backup Wii System Memory failed: -3006

Is there any special preparation for the SD card or something I may be missing for this to work? I burned the image to a disc.

Probably has something to do with your brick. If it does not work, it does not work. You'll have to install the saves as you need them.
