    You will either need to:

    1. Trace back from the connector and find the fried part
    2. Find alternate power source on the board and connect the fan to that

If you go with 2, you wont have variable fan speed, it will be fixed.

Without looking at your specific board, its going to be difficult to find what is blown, as it could be completely different to another board with the same fault.

What would I need to do to let you know what fried? Like a serial number off the board or something or a picture of the board?

No, you will need trace it with a multimeter and a good board to compare it to - not something you could do without experience.

possibly, it depends what the part is.

Your linking isn't exactly correct; I had to click it and say "open in new window" for the three images to come up/display.

    Pictures work, but pretty useless.

I know what a Wii motherboard looks like.

You need close up (with a much better camera - not a phone which yours was at a guess) of the part you measured.
