the fact savemii is working but you cant load suggests bluetooth module, despite you being able to turn it on.

Any game you like, patch it with bootme to autoboot. It won't boot with a bad BT module

So I took the Fusion out of my Bricked Wii and put it in my Buddy's Wii, made sure it was updated properly (FW 1.5) and made sure the configuration is proper. Everything is set to 'On'. I use SaveMiiFrii on his Wii and it will not AutoBoot either. He only has the Fusion Key installed. Would you suspect both Wii's have bad BT or Wi-Fi Modules? His Wii is also 4.2 (USA) just like mine and it seems like it won't auto-boot either...is the Fusion Key just a POS? Guess I should have gotten the DriveKey now...

Thanks Bad_Ad84 but I can't see both Wii's having the same problem. Do you?

Thanks mauifrog, I am burning COD:WAW right now which I modified with the 'Wii Autoboot Creator' from, I think, one of your other posts. Now, once this is burned, I should go to SaveMiiFrii and put it in after I enter the Recovery Menu, correct? Or should I just power on the Wii with the game in it? I will try both ways and see...

I will let you know if anything different happens...

    ***** UPDATE *****
So I took a COD:WAW ISO file, checked the Region with RegionFrii 1.21 and it was already "USA 01". I then used "Wii Autoboot Creator" and made this ISO bootable. Went to my Wii, entered the Recovery Menu, seen the 4.2 (USA) as usual. Put the COD:WAW disk in and it started to read then stopped, the started to read and the 4.2 (USA) went away and the disk kept spinning in the drive. Nothing launched/started after 5 minutes but the disk was still spinning. Does this mean I should be able to boot up the AutoBoot disks?

    Thanks in advance,

I don't think that autoboot creator works, try bootme or streamlines tool

Well, I think I am calling it quits gang. Could it be possible that it is just my Video card gone in the Wii? That is why I see nothing at all?

So here is pretty much everything I have tried to date...
    1. Can I boot into SaveMiiFrii? Yup, not a problem.
    2. Do I have a ModChip which is set to AutoBoot Discs? Yup, WiiKey Fusion, all options set to the ON position and saved. Rebooted and Configured to make sure it held the config 3 times using my buddy's working Wii.
    3. When I boot into the Rescue Menu I wait to see the 4.2 (USA) in the lower corner. I then insert a AutoBoot disc, it spins and stops and some clicking is going on but nothing ever loads. I have tried UUDv4, LoadMii AutoBoot, BootMiiDiiscv1, Official Nintendo Backup disc, AutoBoot 3.2E Update disc, AutoBoot WadManager. I even went as far as to create each one of these as USA 1 using RegionFrii and re-patching to AutoBoot using BootMe and Wii ISO AutoBoot Patcher. I have went through A LOT of DVD's the past 2 days.
    4. I tried to AutoBoot my buddy's Wii which I have here as well, it will not either and it can get into the Rescue Menu as well.
    5. It was suggested that the BT or Wi-Fi module is the problem but I can't see that happening to 2 different Wii's, it is possible but highly unlikely. I can power on and Play my buddy's Wii without a problem.

Not sure what else I can try but I would say my Wii is just plain ol'FUBAR at this point and I need to get a new one.

    Anything extra gang?

    Thanks for everything to date.

None of the disc you have listed are going to work on a 4.2 wii. Don't give up, autoboot a 1:1 rip of a game, a simple game that is know to autoboot without issue, like mario Kart. Be sure to patch it to autoboot, the title should start with a 0 in regionfrii, not R. If you are getting savemiifrii to work, it is not the wifi or the dvd, and if your wiimote is working it should not be the bt module. Don't give up, get a game properly patched, it must be a 1:1 rip.

If you can get a game to boot, do my error 003 fix guide.

If you can't get a game to boot, swap bt module with the other wii and see if it boots.

    Regardless, this should be fixable.

Will a Backup Copy of Mario Kart be good enough? I have one that I can RIP with ImgBurn. I wouldn't know how to rip an actual copy and probably do not have a DVD Drive which could anyways.

A backup would be fine, but it must not be fakesigned. Only officially signed disc will load.
