Help! I'm not sure if I bricked!

Ok so here is what happened:
I had some forwarder channels for my homebrew apps such as WiiMC ect. But I was running out of blocks so I started moving my channels and games over to the SD card menu, but then, whenever I started one it would say "Failed to start" so I figured it was because the trucha bug was missing on IOS80(My system menu is 4.3U) I searched a little bit and found that someone changed priiloaders settings to use IOS249 instead of his system menu IOS and fixed the "Failed to start" issue. So I did the same thing. But, in my case my Wii kept freezing so I switched back the setting to use the System Menu IOS but then I tried to use IOS36 for the System Menu and it gave me the error (When starting up) "Error autobooting System Menu!
ES_DiVerfiy failed! Is the IOS patched?" So then I just gave up and switched to the normal System Menu IOS setting again but then, I got the same message! I got scared and switched it to IOS80 but same message! I haven't even powered off my Wii because i'm scared what will happen if I can't get back into Priiloader.

Bootmii as an IOS
IOS36 downgraded. (Not for piracy only for forwarder channels)
cIOS249 rev 21.
Homebrew Channel.

P.S. I didn't mess with IOS80 (Besides Priiloader) Oh wait! I forgot, I did install some themes before however I reinstalled my System Menus theme .app (If that helps)

Start HBC and do a Syscheck. Open the csv file that will be created on your SD with WordPad NOT Notepad and pasted the results here. Lets see what you have.

That's not the correct app, or the right way to post a sysCheck. You didn't even post the most useful part (the IOS's).

Where is the correct app? And how do I post it? I looked on the root of the SD card and it had syscheck.csv so I opened it with wordpad and thats what I gave me, sorry I'm not good at this.
