I know it's likely not high on your list of priorities, but at some point be sure to:
    Introduce Yourself

There's also a modchip identification thread here.

There has to be more to the story here. Updating IOS36 will not cause a brick. Even if it did that would not keep you from getting into the recovery menu (assuming that's what you meant by rescue mode). Did you delete anything?

Yes I am sure it has mod chip (copied game work)
I will look now at the sites

The story is I updated the wii to v4.0 but the wii sd card channel not working (failed to lunch)
So I followed at tutorial about fixing it by updating the iOS I think after updating I exit the homebrew but there was blank screen

What did you mean by "rescue mode"? Did you try SaveMiiFrii to get into the recovery menu?

Did you take the controller apart and press them down from the rubber pad only? You also don't need to start the Wii first. Hold the buttons down and then turn on the Wii.

You have to of deleted either the System Menu or the System Menu IOS. If that is the case you only have one hope for the Wii and that is if it is Boot2 compatible. If it is then you can have someone flash Boot2 into it to recover. If it isn't Boot2 compatible then there is no hope at recovery. The modchip will not do you any good without a working recovery menu. Look here to see if it is.

However there is a small chance that the WiFi module went out at the same time you was updating. That would also cause a problem like this.
