    Hi

    Please help me
On the Infectus Programmer, there are two LEDīs.
If my Programmer is connected with Infectus, Led on Bank0 is red and Bank1 is green.
    Is this right or false?

All the needed Apps are not Windows 7 ultimate compatiple?
On my XP PC, XP says .. unknown Device and in USB Driver Directory, are not the right Driver`s - says Windows XP....

    Whats wrong?

    Yes that is correct.

All the apps should be compatible. I run everything on Window 7 64-bit without issue. What step in the guide are you stuck on? It likely says unknown device because the drivers aren't installed.

That's because you need to uninstall the Infectus drivers first.

See this part of the guide:

Step 3 – Remove Infectus Drivers and Install Xavbox

    1. Download and extract the Xavbox Software v1.0.0.7 to a convenient location on your computer.

    2. Launch the Setup Wizard and follow instruction to install Xavbox to your computer.

    3. Remove the Infectus drivers by locating your device manager, right clicking on Infectus device and choosing uninstall (see image below). A dialog box will appear to confirm you want to delete the software, select the box that says delete the driver software for this device and click OK.

    4. Unplug the Infectus from your computer and plug it back in. Go back to Device Manager, locate USB API, right click on it and choose update driver software. Choose to brows your computer for the drivers and navigate to the location you extracted them to (e.g. C:\Xavbox_v1.0.0.7\Drivers).

    Hi

    I understand you well
I put my Infectus and Programmer to USB.
No Windows open, about Unknown Device.
In Device Manager, there are my Infextus as Standart USB Device.
I say uninstall and woult install from Infectus UBS Driver.
But then WIndows 7 say, there are allready the best Driver on my PC.
So i open Infectus Prgorammer, but i cannot click anything in Actel Firmware. Actel Firmware is grey ... disabled.
I also cannot install the Driver from xavbox, there is the same ... On my PC allready the best Driver are installed ...

Maybe, is my Infectus not okay?
Windows XP say, there are not the right Driver in Infectus ... USB Driver Directory ... in Step2 - Part 2

You also have to click the check box that says "delete the driver software for this device". If you completely remove the driver from your computer it won't say that you all ready have the best driver installed because there won't be a driver installed at all.
