    bricked wii

    i am new and hope to get some help with this. i had a friend soft mod my wii with homebrew, but now it will not load, when i turn it on it loads to the health screen i press "A" and then i get coropted system file message, then i tried to re boot it will pressing the reset button and i get the same thing, i can't even boot from the sd card or anything, please help

    at the "press A" screen, hold - and + on the wii remote and while still holding them, press A.

    see if that gets you into the system menu

    Sounds like a mailbox brick or a theme brick. Did you try and install any custom themes?

    no i did not all i was doing is thrying to soft mod it

    Hmmm.... so this happened while trying to softmod? what guide was you following? Did you try Bad_Ad84s suggestion in post #4?
