    Yes, the cover art is stored on the SD card. If an image was attempted for a download and it didn't complete or it's corrupted, it will also give this kind of DSI exception. Perhaps manually delete the cover art, re-insert the SD card, and see if it resolves itself.

    this happend right after I put some new games on the HDD, I'm pretty sure it was cause by one of the ISO images, it happend before I could even download any images for the new games, I took those games off the HDD. I think the game currupted one of the files on the sd card is there a way to restore the files on the sd card with new ones and delete the one on there now or will that mess something up?

    well I did what you said with the images, I deleted them all off the sd card and now it works fine it seems, I will put all the games back on the HDD and if I have any problems i will be back here asking for help, lol I really appreciate all you guys and girls do on the board, thanks again.
