Wii Screen Black But I Hear Audio

Hi I'm a newbie I recently bought a soft modded Wii from a seller some months ago. Everything worked fine back up games, homebrew apps etc. My sister was playing with my wii one day I was out and now it does not load the screen stays Black but I do not think its brick because I can still hear the Wii audio and feel the wii mote vibrate.
Please what do I do to fix this. (I have a white wii I'm not sure which version it is seeing I bought it pre soft modded)

It could also be that you set the Wii to use component cables, but you have composite plugged in.
