    have i bricked my wii

    some how ive deleted IOS249 and canot reinstall it i use wiiflow but it will not work

    That's not a "brick" per se. Post a SysCheck as described here.

    You've not unstubbed IOS 222/223 (Hermes IOS slots). Yes, your IOS 249 is missing. IDK what guide you have used, but the System Menu IOS (70) isn't patched in any way, nor is IOS 36. If you're attempting to install the cIOS (249) via wad manager, use IOS 250 to do so. If not using wad manager to install it, post back.
