    System Files are corrupted

Ok, I have a little issue. Basically what i have done is I have done the hacks for the past year? I was using USB loader GX with a hard drive, and prior to that I was using gamma? uh don't remember the full name.

For the past 3 or 4 months sometimes when I turn on the Wii I get the "error message System files are corrupted". Used to just turning it off and then on usually worked.

Now as of yesterday i installed the new shopping channel with the required other files and then downloaded Netflix channel.

If I play the netflix channel (twice so far) it seems to come back and say the error message more often and the first time it took about 2 or 3 minutes to finally make it work.

What do I need to do to get this to a more stable system. Currently I use USB Configurable loader, WiiMC, Bootmi as Boot2, HBC.

In the past I have used/tried to use:
USB Loader GX, USB Configurable Loader, DVDx, HBC, Gamma, WiiMC, The old Media center (forget name), and I think thats it.

Thnaks for all the help I am sure to get

This seems to be an issue and i have not been able to find out the cause as of yet.... The only thing that i can think of is a bad install from the shop channel.....

Moved to the bricked section of the site. While I do not know if you have Priiloader/Preloader installed, might have a look here.

This is indeed, a form of a brick. There are full bricks, banner bricks, and this kind of brick. Why don't you try as it directs and see how things go...

I was just coming back to edit my post... Sorry this sounds like a possible partial banner brick? As I see the health screen but then when it loads system menu it says the files are corrupted? anymore help would be appreciated!

    Thanks

Edit: I read the Netflix thread that was suggested and will try it, but these problems arose before netflix was installed, although it may have started when or after the Netflix DISC was installed.. Will try deleting everything netflix and see if that helps...

You can try reinstalling your system ios and system menu

You can try backing up important savegames and doing a system format from the wii settings.
