Did you happen to copy the contents from your SD card directly to your neighbors SD card? If so, your configuration files for the loaders would've gone along with it.

Yes, it's typical to have different size nands. You both don't have the same size game saves and so forth. It just means you have a larger amount of data saved to your NAND then he has.

I'll do some testing with the loaders and post back my findings.

You should be able to zip the nand.bin and key.bin from the bicked wii into 3 or 4 parts using 7zip. Then upload them to mediafire.com and post the links here. It may also to helpful to have the nand.bin and key.bin from the wii when it is not bricked to compare the two together.

I have some tools to compare the two very quickly. If you do have the time to upload both NANDs it would definitely aid in finding the corruption.

Hey Mauifrog, USBLoaderGX has the ability to format a drive to WBFS correct? I wonder if that function somehow attempted to format the NAND. That system check the OP posted was quite peculiar as it seemed as though everything was wiped out.

From ReadMii - USB Loader GX STEP 3 Preparing your USB device

    WBFS
After you made all your partitions, you can format one of them to WBFS with a WBFS manager or the USB loader.
You can then start adding games and play them!

Is your nand that you uploaded the bricked one or the good one? Can you upload both of them?

I see your NAND and your neighbor's NAND. Was your NAND made prior to you bricking, while you were bricked, or after you repaired the brick?

I need a copy of your NAND while it was bricked and a separate copy from prior to it being bricked.

No, that's not going to help. I guess you misread this post by mauifrog suggesting you make a backup of the bricked NAND.

You can restore the nand many many time without issue.
Run this before you restore your nand
    CB2_BB_SysCheck_1.6.1.zip
Just backup your sd card and format it, then extract that file to the sd card. Boot your wii and syscheck will run and create a cvs report on sd:\
    Post that report here please.
