This doesn't sound good. Refer to this guide and see if it helps.

One thread per topic please. I see that you also posted here. Are you sure that you installed Bootmii as boot2? if you did then your DVD drive light will flash 2 times when you turn on your Wii. If it flashes once then that means you installed it as an IOS. If you did install it as Boot2 then you will also need the bootmii folder on your SD card along with your NAND.bin. If you installed Bootmii as an IOS then you will have to send your Wii and your NAND.bin to someone that can use a programmer to re-flash it.

If I'm reading what you are saying correctly, it sounds like you have Bootmii/boot2 and that is a good thing. Verify that you have a folder on your SD card called bootmii. That folder is required in order for Bootmii to start.

I have the folder bootmii but still doesn't work don't know why

it's like it doesn't boot at all

so what I am asking is how they reflash the wii so i can do the same

Reflashing is done by a hardware programmer and is complicated. That is your last resort. Look here at this guide and see if you can get it to work for you. It's a guide for people that have boot2 and no NAND backup so it doesn't exactly apply to you but I'm more interested in seeing if you can get CBoot2 to load. If it does load then you should be able to complete the guide and have a working system when you are done.
