If your drive light blinks twice rapidly at startup then you have Boot2 Bootmii and you can recover as Krafter said. If you can't get Bootmii to come up then you may need to try putting the Bootmii folder on a new SD card (2GB Scandisk recommended). You need Bootmii at this point since you deleted all your IOS. If you have a NAND backup or if your Wii is boot2 Bootmii compatible, you can send it to a programmer to be fixed if you can't get Bootmii working.

I was trying to play wad games form SD but every time fails so I thought I should delete the old ISO then try install them again
This doesn't make sense Do you mean you were trying to install games as channels and they wouldn't install? Either way, uninstalling and reinstalling IOS was certainly not the right thing to do and will never fix anything.

What region is your Wii? I will post a fix for you to download and try but I need to know this info first.

no what I mean that every time I install Wad game it works but when I copy it to the SD it fail to start

so I tried to uninstall ISO 60 then re-install them but forget to install it and turn my wii off

since I install Bootmii as boot2 It don't load I tried before maybe my old wii doesn't load it for some resoon

the problem is the is no programmer in my country and I can't send it to nintendo it will coast me more than 120 $ so the best choice now is to get new one and add the nada in it

if I can only resort the IOS60-64-v6174 in my wii one ISO made this

    thanx all

If you removed IOS 60 and this was a 4.0/4.1 Wii, this is bricked. If BootMii/boot2 isn't installed (your statement isn't clear on this), you're out of luck. NAND reprogramming only with your NAND backup would be a possible alternative.

since I install Bootmii as boot2 It don't load
OK just to be more clear, maybe you don't understand. Bootmii can be installed either as boot2 or as IOS or as both boot2 and IOS. I need to know if you installed it as boot2 or not. If you installed Bootmii as boot2, I can post a fix for you to try using cboot2 to fix your issue. Since you didn't answer me on what region your Wii is, here's a fix you can try using cBoot2 with Dop-Mii. You will need an active internet connection to fix your issue with this method unless you download the needed wads. I can't provide these for you since you didn't tell me what region even though I'm assuming it's European.

    Try this

    Download Dop-Mii_v12_CB2_BB2.zip
Extract to freshly formatted SD card
Inset SD card in Wii and Power on
    Dop-Mii starts
    Load IOS249 - if that doesn't work try IOS36 or IOS250
    Choose IOS/MIOS/BC
Install IOS60 v6174 with all patches applied - Let installation complete
Back out to the previous menu by pressing B
Choose System menu and Install SM 4.1 for your region
Install Priiloader and make a backup of your NAND with Bootmii - Not a suggestion this is mandatory so do it before doing anything else.
    Fixed

If Dop-Mii doesn't load then you don't have boot2 Bootmii installed on your system. You will have to send your Wii out of country to be fixed by a programmer. Bad_Ad84 would be the closest programmer to you and you can PM him with your Wii's serial number to see what your options are.

Did you try to load that dop-mii-v12-cb2 file? Format the card, extract the file to sd and see if it loads. If it does not load, then you do not have boot2 bootmii, or it does not like your sd-card. If you had boot2 bootmii you blue led drive light would flash twice with disc and sd card removed during wii boot, if it only flashes once you do not have boot2 bootmii.

yes I tried it but nothing and my Wii flash first time when I press power then after some time flash quick

I tried before installing Boot2 but my wii has some problem with it may be because the of the old wiikey that I didn't remove it

so what I can tell boot2 doesn't work for me .................
