Do you have a NAND backup? If you do, folks like Bad_Ad84, DeadlyFoez, or Erikie can reprogram it. You've removed the System Menu IOS (70); there's no solution other than what you've tried or I just suggested in this reply.
I have been crusing the forums for quite sometime and have been unable to resolve this issue. I can't say that my situation isn't unique but the recourses I have been taking are proving unsuccessful. I thank you in advance if you could point me in the right direction.
So I modded my Wii using this tutorial
I wasn't able to install bootmii as boot2 only as an ios.
It worked great and everything was well. Untill one night I was unable to get a game to run, (that I had installed via a wad, with wadmanager 1.5) that had worked previously. So in a intoxicated moment of stupidity I uninstalled the ios53 v54406 [TB], ios55 v5406, ios60patched, and ios70 patched wads. Pretty much all of the wads I had installed in the tuturial plus the usb loader gx wads. I then restarted my wii. When I powered it back on I got the dreaded black screen.
I have searched through the forums and checked alot of youtube vids before posting and unfotunately nothing has worked. My wii is decently new and is working had the 4.2u fw. I have tried the gc controller method in port 4 with no luck. I know I had priloader working before the black screen but now I cannot get it to come up when holding the reset button at boot. The blue led only flashes once at boot confirming it isn't boot2. I'm not sure if i am doing something wrong or exactly how I messed everything up. At this point I am wondering if there is something simple that I am missing or if I am just out of luck here? Much obliged to anyone that can point me in the right direction.
I did not make a backupl of the nand as it was mentioned in the tutorial that if it wasn't installed as boot2 it would not work.. Might have been my first mistake...
Is there any reason why priloader isn't working?
Your wii is dead. Priloader attaches itself to the system menu, which you unistalled. Without have a nand backup to get reprogrammed, I think your only option is to send it into Nintendo.
Sorry, you killed it.

Well, thanks for the timely responses guys. I do appreciate the help. Looks like I'll be getting a new wii.
