You have to have it flashed at this point. I've already had this exact problem with a few consoles and flashing Boot2 is your only option. What it comes down to is: You can't boot a game, you don't have Bootmii as boot2, HBC doesn't work, Settings menu doesn't work, Autobooting a game from recovery mode doesn't work. Your system menu is corrupt sorry

EDIT: You can't brick it worse than it is already.

Since you're on 4.0E, you can see if you're able to update to 4.1+ with a disc update. The bricks I've had were both on 4.3U so I didn't have this option.

Make a savemiifrii with GC controller
    Get into recovery mode
Insert official game disc with 4.1E+
Let the update install and reset console.

Haven't tried autobooting a game from recovery mode. The rest is true, however I CAN access the settings menu.

If flashing boot2 is my only option, then how do I go about doing this? I've tried searching google, but just can't find the right tutorials for it....

I know autobooting a game won't work because I've already tried it. You may however be able to update from 4.0 to 4.1+ as mentioned in my last post. I didn't have this option so it may just work and is worth a try. If that doesn't work you will have to have it flashed.

Alright, I updated to V4.3E, but everything is still the same... can still access settings, can't open any channels or run games.

With flashing, do you mean sending it to someone that has the equipment to do it for me?

Yes, sorry you're SOL and will have to send it to someone. I would PM Bad_Ad84 for details as I'm located in the US and shipping and customs would be a pain to deal with.

Probably a little to late, but I bet you ran dop-ios mod v 11.3 or 11.4, these have a know bug that causes this issue. The fix is to run dop-ios v11.5 or dop-mii v12. You should have been able to do this via bannerbomd, or pressing home on the wiimote and reloading the system menu should have fixed your channels allowing you to load HBC. To little to late, but next time may.

Try to press home, and reload the system menu. See if you can load a game. Or if you still have HBC, load that and run Dop Mii, do a system scan and your wii could be fixed. If you don't have HBC, but can load games, follow the guide linked below to reinstall your HBC and CIOS, then run the dop mii and do a scan.

Thx for the help, but if I press home and go to wii menu it resets the wii.... I cant open the homebrew channel, because that resets the wii aswell.... I'm just gonna send it to erikie from these forums to reset the NAND.

I'm curious... does the optical drive still function correctly? Can you eject/insert a game easily? I only ask this because I had a similar problem once, and it was caused because the ribbon connecting the optical drive to the motherboard was dislodged. I know its a stretch, but you never know.

Yeah it works correctly. I can just insert discs and eject them, no problem.

Also, you are correct, I used Dop-IOS MOD (v11.4) for some reason.
