    I bricked mine because I spent hours and hours trying to either find, or make my own forwarder for a certain emulator. Wanting to try something different to see if I could get the forwarder to work, I used IOS 250 instead of 35 (the standard) for the forwarder to load from. Launched the wad from sys menu and got the system files corrupt message. After that, anytime I accessed homebrew channel it would code dump every time I accessed it so I just restored my nand and was good to go again.

    Only once so far by installing a 4.2U theme on my 4.2E wii. Easy fix because i had priiloader but i would have been screwed if i didn't have priiloader.

    I bricked my Wii by restoring a corrupted nand. I looked at the nand with a hex editor and it was filled with all 0's. Needless to say it bricked.
