    Wii Bricked( Black Screen)

    Need some help please

I had 4.1e on withe bannerbomb, haven't used the wii for ages, decided to put it on eBay.Sold it,thought i better remove the soft mod encase of any problems that may arise.

Followed this guide http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...odded-wii.html, and when i turned my wii off and back on the screen went black.no start up chime or nothing, just black screen.

Now when i switch the wii on the cdrom light flash once, boot mii wont even load up.
i am able to put the wii on via the remote.

I went to go borrow a game cube remote to see if i can get anything to work
luckly i was able to make a backup of my nand a few months ago
    Could someone please help me
    Thank
    Col

    Isn't that guide for 4.2?

You need the bootmii folder with the files bootmi created on the root of the sd card, to run bootmii

Yes, and that's the OP's problem. The wad pack installs a stubbed version of IOS60 since that's the version in the 4.2 update. This is a full brick my friend sorry.

Was bootmii installed as boot2 or as IOS? What are the letters and first 4 numbers of your serial number? Do you have a nand backup? If no nand backup do you have your keys?

That should be Boot2 capable. Why didn't you have Bootmii installed as Boot2? It can be fixed however boot2 Bootmii or flashing the nand are your only options. If the drive light only blinks once then Bootmii was not installed as boot2. Depending on where in the world you're located, you can send your Wii out to be fixed. If you're located in the U.S I can do this for you or you can PM Bad_Ad84 - England or erikie - Netherlands.
