Savemii won't work if you deleted your system menu IOS (if you want to know how to use in the search the bricked section, we have guides).
    Damn I suck!!!!

it has to be an official nintendo brand one
but you have to plug it into port 4 on the wii
hold all four directional buttons down (you'll probably have to take it apart)
then while holding the directional buttons down
    power on the wii
if it went well, you'll (hopefully) see your system menu version in the bottom right of your screen

did you install the required ios for the new system menu before you updated?

No you can't. You should have done the backup before.

I have no idea if you deleted your IOS, you never told me what you did! You probably installed IOS60 stub. In which case, the only options are what I told you.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Are you joking? I have told you 3 or 4 times now what is needed. You need a boot2 capable wii OR the nand.bin - - Then you would need to send it to bad-ad erikie or deadlyfoez to have it programmed. This is the only option if you stubbed IOS60. If you're interested in trying other unbrick methods then go read and follow the stickys in the BRICKED section. Especially the Oh Sh*T Black screen of Wii, guide.
    Damn I suck!!!!

    well, if you:
    don't have priiloader installed
    no bootmii as boot2
    savemiifrii didn't work

that leaves nothing (unless somebody else has another idea)
next time, make sure you have brick prevention installed so if something like this happens again, you'll be prepared
