Can you access Homebrew Channel? If so, you need to run Dop-Mii to remove the stubs 202,222,223,249,250 and then reinstall cIOS with cIOS38 rev17 Installer. Try loading IOS36 in Dop-Mii and if it says it's not fakesigned use the option below to fakesign it. Once you have fakesigned IOS36 you can continue with the steps above by loading IOS36.

you likely did an update and killed your softmod.
just start over again, use mauifrog's softmod any wii guide for example.
hbc still there? -> jump in at chapter2

    <--suggestions helped? press Thanks

You can just follow my instructions if you want to fix your issue however, the guide is recommended since it will cover everything. Since you all ready have homebrew skip chapter 1 and start the guide at chapter 2.

Do not skip the md5 sum check. It is included for a reason. Be sure to verify all files before continuing.
All check sums should verify without error (very important)
