4.3 Bricked, bootmii won't restore NAND backup

I believe that my Wii is bricked and I need help fixing it. I used this method
on softmodding my 4.3 Wii and whenever I try to restore my NAND backup that I made during the begging of the tut above, bootmii keeps saying that bootmii isn't found and it is too dangerous to continue.

And btw, I cannot run HBC and the System Menu. I can only run the recovery menu when holding the reset button when starting up the Wii.

Does anyone know a solution to my problem? If you need to know anything else to help me, I'll be glad to give you the info.

    Thanks~

Perhaps a description of what your issue is exactly, and how it came about. Along with what you have, and have not installed on your wii. Then I may be able to point you in the right direction.

I would like to know what you have done to require you to restore your nand.

Sounds like you have priiloader installed, right?

Post a syscheck as found in my sig to see if we can help.

Also sounds like bootmii is ios.
Does your drive light blink once or twice when you boot up?

Not quite sure how you bricked. Did this happen while installing the UpdatePack from the guide? I had someone brick yesterday while installing the UpdatePack on the Shopping Channel wad for some reason. The good news is you can recover from Priiloader which you have and are able to access.

The problem is that I cannot access the system menu or the Homebrew channel. I believe that these errors started when my Wii crashed while my little brother was playing Mario Kart Online.

Yes, I have priiloader installed, and I'll have to get the syscheck posted later on because my other computer with the SD Card reader is being used right now. And no, the drive light doesn't blink when I boot my Wii.

No, I believe it bricked when my Wii crashed during the time my little brother was playing Mario Kart Online. Please enlighten me on how I can recover my Wii from Priiloader.

OK first test to make sure you can power on the Wii with your wiimote. If you can't then try to sync the remote and verify that it does indeed sync. If your wiimote doesn't sync then you have a bad bluetooth module and it needs to be replaced or simply check to make sure it's tight in place.

If the wiimote works fine download this Dop-Mii_v13_CB2_BB2.zip and extract the contents to your SD card.
Insert SD card in Wii and power on the console while holding reset to enter Priiloader
Choose Load/Install File and navigate to boot.dol
Choose to Load the file not install.
    Dop-Mii starts
Load IOS36 if that doesn't work try IOS249
    Choose IOS/mIOS/BC
Install IOS60 v6174 Apply all patches
Once the IOS is installed backup to the previous menu by pressing B
    Choose System menu
Select to install System menu 4.1 for your region
Once this completes, Exit Dop-Mii and you should be fixed.

And I hope the DOP-Mii Syscheck thing is the same as the one in your sig, if not, then I guess I'll have to upload it later.

    DOP-Mii Syscheck:

Wait... What system menu are you currently on? You have IOS60, IOS70, IOS80 installed.

Sorry, I'm not sure why you're having issues with IOS60 installing correctly so I think the safe bet is to reinstall the system menu you were on prior to bricking. If you were on system menu 4.2 then try reinstalling IOS70 v6687 and see if that works. If it does then install system menu 4.2U and you should be all set. If you were on SM 4.3 Dop-Mii won't install that system menu so 4.1 or 4.2 are your only options. If you still can't reinstall IOS60 or IOS70 just proceed with reinstalling your system menu using Dop-Mii since you did Mauifrog's guide it will be OK. The cIOS included in the guide are fine to install your system menu to.

I've reinstalled IOS70 v6687 on my Wii through Multi-Mod-Manager, then I tried installing the System Menu v4.2 but it gave me the following error when it was finished:

    Try this.

    Download CB2_BB_Wad-Manager_SM_v449.zip
    Extract to SD card
    In Priiloader run the boot.dol
    Wad Manager starts
    Load IOS36 or IOS249
    Choose install from SD card
    Install System Menu-NUS-v449.wad

If this doesn't work you may have a corrupt nand and you can try running the 4.1u Nand Formatter. Since you have Bootmii as IOS this would be risky to do because you will lose Bootmii and Priiloader if it fails. Read this guide on the Formatter and decide if you want to continue or not.

Your last option would be to send your console to someone who can flash the nand with your backup copy which is what you will have to do anyway if the nand formatter fails.
