    Backup and format your sd-card
    Extract MMM_CB2_BB2.zip to sd:\
    Extract cIOS30-v6174.zip to sd:\wad
Boot the wii, MMM will load
    Select Wad Manager
    Press 1 -install all wads
2 wads should install, your wii should be fixed

If MMM does no load, you don't have boot2 bootmii.

No go, any other steps I could try or look into getting it reprogrammed? Will Nintendo do it if I send it in and how much do they charge? I think I am gonna just buy another used Wii from craigslist and then save this one for parts or get it fixed somehow. Let me know if there is anything else to try or any other info that you know that I can use. Thanks again everyone for your help and time with this. I know how it is answering questions from noobs or idiots that just don't know what they are doing. I took a chance when I softmodded it and I was lucky to get through all the instructions and it worked fine, but the wii settings menu error was bugging me since I knew I would need it sooner or later. All the other Wiis I have done are working great and I even helped my family fix the 4.3u update errors. I am a computer tech and I like getting into things and learning so I appreciate all the help.

Nintendo will not fix your wii, because it is sotfmodded. However, there are some shop which can mod your wii and some of them have a NAND programmer. They could use your NAND back-up to repair your wii. So try visiting some shops which mod wii's and ask if they can fix your wii.
If you cannot find any, just sell it on e-bay for spare parts.
Awesome sig picture does not work

Where in the world are you located?

Sending just the motherboard to me would be pretty cheap and I dont charge a lot considering whats involved.

I am located in Pflugerville, TX just north of Austin, TX. Not sure if I want to ship the motherboard to England, but how much would you charge? I will try and find someone local first. Know anyone in the US that would fix it? Maybe in TX.

Yeah he is, not sure how much he charges.

Would be interesting to know, I'm cheap compared to most.

Thanks for the help, I will email him and see what the damage is. In the meantime I think I will pick up another Wii. I am still a novice at this so what is the best advice on softmodding. I self taught myself using the step by step instructions out there so I don't know a lot about it. I just know I can do it easily with the step by step instructions and I was able to fix 2 of my families errors after they updated to 4.3u. So I am still learning. I have learned now that I need to keep boot2 bootmii, but I think I uninstalled it last time because it would continue to boot up first and I did not want my kids to mess with it. Is there a way to protect myself from this happening again and to have it to where it will skip the bootmii screen and boot up normal so my kids won't get into the bootmii options. Sorry for the noobie questions and thanks for taking the time with me.
