OK good. I just downloaded the pack to verify so yes, the pack does have CB2. Let me know your status when you're finished.

So you installed all the wads with MMM and then installed system menu 4.1 and still nothing? Your wiimote works? What about your wi-fi does that work?

I suppose you can't seeing as your nand restore probably wiped out your wi-fi settings depending on when you made your backup.

I'm willing to bet you have a bad wi-fi module at this point.

OK. Just for the hell of it...

    Try downloading Dop-Mii_v12_CB2_BB2
Extract to freshly formated SD card and insert into your wii. Boot wii and Dop-Mii will start.
    Choose to load IOS36
    Choose IOS/MIOS/BC
Install IOS60 v6174 from NUS apply all patches
Install IOS70 v6174 from NUS apply all patches
    Install system menu 4.1
    Exit from Dop-Mii
Remove SD card from Wii and reboot.
    See if system menu boots.

You should install Priiloader after if it works.

If still not working upload a Dop-Mii system check report so I can see what all your IOS look like.

If all this doesn't work you may have to use the nand formatter to recover.

Because IOS70 v6174 does not exist. It is a patched version of IOS60 installed to the 70 slot.
    Damn I suck!!!!
