So you restored with the original nand backup you made while softmodding and it doesn't work? I'm sure you tried to reinstall it more than once but if not, give it another go. If it still doesn't work, do you have Priiloader installed? If so, it may be a Priiloader issue. If you follow the guide Krafter posted you can install the wads in the modpack and reinstall your system menu and Priiloader.

    or

You can simply reinstall priiloader and that should fix it.

If you don't have Priiloader and re-installation of the system menu via the guide doesn't fix it then you probably have a hardware issue.

If you never installed Priiloader then you don't have it. If unsure, press and hold reset with the console off and then while still holding reset press the power button. If priiloader comes up then you have it. Even if you don't have it, I would still try to reinstall your system menu IOS and system menu using the guide. We'll see where that gets you for now.

That wouldn't be the problem. It's either

    1. Corrupt system menu IOS and/or system menu
    2. Bad copy of your Nand
    3. Corrupt Priiloader
    4. Hardware Problem (Bluetooth Module or Wi-Fi Module)

Everything except (obviously) a hardware issue can be fixed by following the guide.

Yes, I would recommend installing 4.1 but don't install it before installing the wads since IOS60 v6174 patched is included. This is the system menu IOS for system menu 4.1 and if you don't install it first, you will be unsuccessful (I would say bricked but you are already bricked).

I was just reading through and looks like the guide doesn't include a CB2 option to load Multi-Mod manager so you will have to access it via the Homebrew Channel which you may or may not be able to access from Bootmii. If you can't load HBC let me know and I can give you a CB2 fix which will boot automatically from Bootmii.
