Wii fully bricked, don't know what to do! Please help

I have downloaded "Pimp My Wii" which tells me what I have out dated.
I used NUS Downloader to download the updated versions of each thing the above program informed me I am missing, since my internet is bad, the auto update sucks and time outs too soon so I had no choice but to do so.

I installed all of the files (downloaded updated CIOS from this site, so I am sure they were not the issue) via the wad installer and then when I finished I went back to the Homebrew Channel and went into the ULoader (I use it to start disc-games, the usb drive never worked, or I did not install the wbfs thingy right on the usb drive) and the screen went black, it happens every 3-4 times so it was normal, but then when I restarted the wii kept a blue screen (I think it's the same as a black screen on that TV), and nothing seems to work, I tried another TV too, so I assume it's a brick.

I have a 3.1 menu though I was going to update it right now, since I hear it's easier to unbrick if under 3.2 then I am in luck for being lazy there I guess?

I don't have those bootmii or priiloader or however they are called, I never knew of their existence since I never checked the brick issue. My bad.

I don't have an original wii game (except SSBB) and I have a few GC originals including 4 controllers (I am including this info since I saw there's some sort of way to use a controller for it?)
Also I am having hard time finding this universal unbrick disc for wii, but I don't really know what it does so it does not matter right now.

I hope to get some sort of advice before I look for professional help, seeing as I'm a broke student, heh...

Oh yeah, by the way, I did all of that especially so I could play Samurai Warriors 3 and hopefully Metroid: Other M (I did not burn the latter yet, but SW3 never worked, it's a Zero version) If anyone has any tips regarding those, I'd love to hear them, but that's just a side-note request.

But i think ur problem is a hardware issue(wtf its blue screen(Hardware problem)
Since before it BSOD u can still go to uloader

But if it software bricked its very easy to unbrick(cause u are on 3.1)
1.Modchip ur wii
2.Savemiifrii
3.Universal brick disc,wad manager boot disc etc

I meant blue screen is the default output-less screen of my TV, so I mentioned I think it's the same as the black screen. On the other TV it's a black screen.

Also I forgot to mention, it is modded, but a very old chip from 2k7, a mimic of that wiikey from back then, since many things did not work with it (like non-euro games) I softmodded it and the chip is somewhat useless I think.

have a look at the stickies too, unbricking with savemiifrii & autoboot discs

Download 3.4 system menu wad then use this tutors

Skip the modchip tutors,then use wad manager boot disc to install ur system menu

on the plus side, your wii is an old one. so if all else fails you can program the nand directly and fix this wii.

you may or maynot be able to recover with just software, but your wii is 100% fixable in the right persons hands.

Does all of this reset the entire of my ios that were installed in my wii?
If so (Well even if not) can you direct me to a listing of knowing which ios I need for a wii that is made for games (max compatibility)?
I do know which Cios to install, based on info from this forum aswell.

it revealed that if you are using proper softmodding methods to load games only the cios is needed to run your games (despite the fact you need a working ios suiting your systemmenu). there are exceptions if you run some odd loader or emu stuff which runs on a specific ios you would need that one too.

As for the unbricking - I just finished disassembling one GC remote, and it seems nothing happens, at all! :( I'll try a few more times, I guess I'll go ask at the store for someone skilled to do it after all. Thanks for all your help though!

EDIT: I just noticed, after disassembling that darn controller which is not an original brand, that I did not need to disassemble it since it's perfectly capable off pressing all of the directions at once without touching it's insides. Darn.

Does this mean you can't use your internet on the Wii or is your internet connection just bad all together? It looks like you aren't getting into recovery mode from your video which means this can be a hardware issue after all. If you meant you have a bad internet connection to your Wii then it might be a bad Wi-Fi module.
