Brick, Opera Error Message when Turn On

it's been 5 days since i looking an answer for my friend bricked wii.

I have universal unbrick disk v2, v3, autoboot wad manager, autoboot bootmi, official nintendo disk 1.3.1, and last create an autoboot new super mario bros with an update 4.1u.

the wii is japan, when using savemiifrii i can see the version is 3.1j. I ask him what he did to his virgin wii and he only said that he install a wiikey to install homebrew channel via disk, uninstall the chip. After that install d2c pro chip and install something (hes not telling me)then brick. When I turn it on, its only display opera error message, not the black health screen.
Its happen a loooong time ago.. (I think hes trying to change the region to US).

So,,.. i install wiikey 1 with latest 1.99 beta firmware. i configure the wiikey on a working wii on on all selection except (devff, block update;off). i think the chip already set to autoboot because when i try it, it can autoboot the new super mario bros, uud v2, and uud v3. but cant autoboot the other disk, while the autoboot bootmi only gave me black screen.

After Im sure the drive is working, I move it to the bricked wii and try above disk (go to recovery mode with savemiifrii, and then insert the disk). Non of the disk are working. Its only spinning a while and then stop.

Is that mean I cant use the autoboot disk way to unbrick this wii??. Especially for the autoboot new super mario, am I use the wrong region disk?? So it cant autoboot?? Its my last hope.

Get a NTSC-j game with a 3.2j-4.2j disk update on it. Update the wii with ntsc-j disk, from RM via savemiifrii. It would be best if you did not go higher then 3.2.
    Does this disk load?
    MMM-16.zip
