I tried both and neither seemed to work.

As I mentioned above (not sure if it is helpful or not), when I tried to use my backup from my initial install, I received the #004 error. First time I received any sort of error. Again, not sure if having that information is helpful or not, but thought I would put it out there again

OK, I have my pc back. Just did a test with that disk, boots just fine with or without ios36. But I then installed a stub into ios36 and guess what? Black screen. So I am pretty sure that you downgraded your ios with dop-mii, you install ios36-1042 and ios35-v1040 and probably others. I am making a dop-mii disk, should should boot off of ios249 and load ios80, so it should work. I will test and send it up in a few minutes.

Thanks for all your help thus far. Could you possibly upload that file again, so I can give this a try and hopefully have my wii fixed? Thanks for everything.

What version of dop-ios did you do that scan with? was it 11.3 or 11.4? If it was the fix is simple.
The link looks good to me.
You can also try this iso
    MMM-250.zip
    Dop-Mii_v13-250.zip

When you get back, burn that dop-mii disk or MMM disk. You need to load dop-mii (MMM can load dop-mii and any other app). Load dop-mii, scan the wii, exit, restart. Your wii should now be fixed.
