    This issue has been fixed by doing the following:

    Put all the DOP-Mi v12.zip files into the root of your SD card.
    Load it using the SD card on the wii menu (this works)
    Re-install every IOS.

    And yeah.. works

    Lol or you could have done what I suggested and installed only ONE IOS and it would have fixed your problem....

    Apparently LoL. Reinstalling every IOS... O well...I guess you solved your problem. Hopefully you didn't cause more in process.
