Please help me fix my Wii once and for all

Hi, I have been having some minor but very bothersome problems with my Wii. I haven't used it a lot this year but I recently started using it pretty frequently again and the problems would just not go away. Even when I updated System Menu to 4.3

You can take a look at what went wrong with my Wii by going to my first few posts (link below) but I will give an overview of what is wrong with it
View Profile: strwberrybened - Wiihacks - Nintendo Wii Hacks Community

My Wii will on certain occasions stutter, lose responsiveness to the Wii remote, or some other functionality. Some examples:

-Internet channel responds to the Wii remote but screen does not update even though the cursor is not visible (the Wiimote will vibrate when it hovers over buttons but nothing on screen moves or changes until I click them). Stutters when clicking on things. I can exit the Internet channel by pressing the home button on the Wiimote and going back to system menu
The Wii Message Board on the system menu also does not update/ stutters when I go to it but Wiimote vibrates when I click buttons. Stutters. I can exit the Message Board by pressing the home button on the Wiimote and going back to system menu
-The Wii menu used to exhibit the same stuttering and no cursor when I went to page 2 of the channels. However since updating to System menu 4.3 that went away. Now, when I boot into system menu the first page will stutter a little and the screen will bounce up and down slightly before it becomes fully functional and stops stuttering
-New Super Mario Brothers also demonstrates the stuttering when I go to a certain hidden part of a level. The screen will rarely update but as far as I can tell I am still controlling the characters and the game still runs. Can go back to system menu by pressing home on the Wiimote.
-NBA 2k10 has no crowd sound (all I hear is the ball and players on the court)
-Various games will stutter during intro movies or cutscenes. For example, de Blob stutters during intro cinematics, and so does Toy Story 3. The games are fully playable though (from what I have experienced - have not gone too far into games).

I am not sure what is going on, but I think I have a corrupt IOS. Though I had updated all my IOSes with DOP IOS in January. According to Dop IOS then, all my IOSes were up to date. I am not sure if there are updates now.

I am willing to pinpoint what is wrong with my Wii if you guys tell me what to do. I just want my Wii to get back to full functionality. As far as I can tell these are the main symptoms but if you ask me to run other tests I will.

    Please help!

    Thanks

Moved to the bricked section (technically not a brick, but you do have issues). Also, clicking on your link yielded this result:

Can you please do a syscheck using Dop-Mii and post the results here?

When did these problems start? Do you have a NAND back-up that was made before the problems started? Do you have bootmii as boot2?
Awesome sig picture does not work

    Try a syscheck.

Did you recover your softmod after updating to 4.3?

It somehows seems a mix of IOS and hardware problem
    Downgrade from 4.3 to 4.1

Syscheck isnt going to tell you anything other than the IOS's are installed... which we already know as the games work.

You need to restore a nandbackup from before the issue or run the nand formatter to rule out of a software issue, if problems still persist, its hardware (which sounds more likely to me at the moment).

It actually seems some games are not working well, the guys with ssbb stage freeze problem got ios errors on syscheck so i tho it might tell us something.

IOS report shows you what version and ios is installed, the fact the game is running means the ios is installed.

"not working well" doesnt come into it. If its a software issue the IOS is still going to show up on the report as installed, which isnt helpful.

The problems started over a year ago. Unfortunately no NAND backup. I will do a syscheck just in case to see what's up. I did recover my softmod after 4.3 update.

Edit: Yes, I do have bootmii as boot2.

I played with it again this morning, and it runs differently with my external hard drive unplugged. When I go to the 2nd page of the Wii system menu channels, it stutters, unlike before. But, the Wii message board seemed to work perfectly. Then I ran homebrew channel, went back to system menu, and the Wii message board messed up again.

I'll have syscheck results up soon.

    doh no nand backup

Does look like a complete mash up of ios

    Ios 80 - For system menu 4.3
    Ios 70 - For system menu 4.2
    Ios 60 - For system menu 4.1

    Hope you get it sorted
