Exclamation Help !!! Semibrick (PreLoader and HBC still running)

I just got a new black wii with 4.2E version, tried to softmod it using the guide found from here:
    http://www.wiiso.com/installing-cios-and-t59678.html
I following every steps except at the end after deleting the titles ....249,250, i used the wad manager to install these:
    cIOS202[38+60]-v4.wad
    cIOS222[38+37]-v4.wad
    cIOS223[38]-v4.wad
    cIOS249-v14.wad
    cIOS250-v14.wad
    IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug].wad
then I installed PreLoader successfully, looks like this
    Preloader1.jpg
but when I choose to get back to the systemmenu, the blackscreen appears saying system files corrupted , without the healthy screen
I wonder if I set the wrong "system Menu IOS" (dont know if it should be 70,36,60,...) in the "Setting" tab.
Although I can still playing disc using NeoGamma and playing blackup via USB using USB loader in HBC but it's awkward missing the systemmenu screen.
I run through some of the brick/semibrick tutorial in the forum but dont know which one I should try , Please help me !!! thank alots

PS : Look like I found wat I did wrong, I forgot to run the IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug].wad before install Preloader T_T, just tried to install it again but no use...

I think you might have bricked because you installed preloader on a unsupported system menu, as is said here: http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...brick-fix.html
You might think to try following this guide, but instead of installing IOS60 & system menu 4.1, substitute those things with IOS70 & system menu v482 (4.2E)

Perhaps one of our other experts can elaborate on this/ make it a bit clearer but I hope this gets the ball rolling!

It is a 4.2 update, so yes you would have to softmod again. Where the guide says exit to HBC, in your case you'd have to exit WAD Manager & perhaps the wii would reboot. From here you could go about re-softmodding your wii using a 4.2 softmod guide.

    IOS70: IOS70-64-v6687.wad
    System Menu 4.2 (v482): System Menu-NUS-v482.wad

I am very confident this should work, however I am no expert on these matters, so if I were you I wouldn't go ahead with anything until some of the other experts/members have confirmed that this method won't harm your wii and/or suggested other methods should there be any. Anything you do to your wii is at your own risk.

If you follow that guide, as it is written you issue will be fixed. There is no need to softmod again when done. You must have installed ios70 after installing preloader.
