No. None of the apps will load at all. BannerBomb doesn't work to load the apps. When you use bannerbomb to load anything including dop-mii it brings up the hackmii scam warning.

    Try this
    IOS36- FIX.html
Bannerbomb is working fine, that is why you can load hackmii

OK I will try that. When I say the hackmii scam warning comes up I mean the pop up box that says a simple one line sentence "If you paid for this software you were scammed" Continue? and then you can select Yes or No. This pop up comes up right after clicking on the sd card logo from the main menu when using BB. I'm not talking about the black hackmii warning screen where you have to press 1 to continue when using the hackmii installer for Homebrew Channel. I get stuck on the pop up box and can't go any further.

Oh, that is a littile different then. Well try what I posted, try all the alt BB files also.

If fail, try to bannebomb these
    BB_Bootmii_Booter.zip
    CB2_BB2_Loadmii.zip
    CB2_BB_SysCheck_1.6.1.zip

Try to format the sd card with sdfv2003.exe
    Try another formated sd card

I'm still having the same problems with BB2 loading the apps. I've tried using all the variations and still get stuck at the same spot. I also reformatted my SD card using SD Formatter and the results are the same.

    Try to use another sd-card.
Try to load Indiana PWNS from the recovery menu.

Are you able to goto data management and copy/restore save game data?
    Does wifi work?

If another sd-card, or Indiana PWNS will not load for you, we have few options. The only other option would be if the wii still had a patched ios, say ios36 or other ios that games use to load. This is only likely if it was not removed by system update, possibly some cIOSCORP or and up to date ios36 with patch. That is a long shot, but if you have the disks you can test for it.

Also, try to put BB2 on the card, goto settings- channels- sd card- copy bb2, it should load. See if that makes any difference, probably not. Ensure that the write lock on the card is not engaded.

Otherwise you have some unfortunate corruption of your nand, which is difficult to fix in your situation without HBC, bootmii, etc since you are so far unable to load any homebrew. Possibly some kind of hardware malfunction, but I don't know what. It sounds like your dvd drive, bluetooth, and possibly your wifi are working- those are the 3 common cuplrits. For more insite on any hardware possibilites I would ask Bad_Ad84 or Erikie, they know more about that than anyone here.

Thanks Maui I've tried using a different SD card but still the same outcome. No luck with Indiana Pawns either. I can't access the settings menu at all, it goes to a black screen and stays there. I think you're right, the nand is corrupt big time and all the patched ios were wiped out by whoever updated. I guess I'll have to wait for an update past 4.2 to come out on disc to fix this one. I wonder if there's a way to rig a working Wii to dump into the memory of the broken one? Thanks again Maui. I'll let you know if I get anywhere.

Try to update to 4.2u via disk from the recovery menu, you may be missing ios and the update should replace them.
    if fail
Try to update to 4.2e via disk from the recovery menu, perhaps that will resolve your issue with bb.

Other than that I am out of ideas, you could test for a patched ios36 as described in the recovery menu brick guide in the sticky using mario kart or Castelvania.

I all ready tried to use a disc with 4.2U on it from recovery mode and it didn't update anything. How would I get a disc with 4.2E? I think you're on to something with that idea. Thanks.

Edit: I think I figured out what I have to do to get 4.2E. I'll give it a try and post back.
