    Bricked? Or not?

So after using Cios Downgrader 1.2, my Wii blackscreens at boot. I had bootmii as boot2 but I believe cios downgrader may have messed it up. I have a disassembled GC controller and I have been trying to do the SaveMiiFrii trick with no luck. Am I completely screwed or is there hope?

Because with the bootmii files on my sd card, it still blackscreens. Isn't bootmii written into system menu ios files?

No, completely black. The disk drive makes the noise and the screen flashes once (i'm guessing this is video output) but that's it.

If u cannot boot to the recovery menu I think that u r out of luck. If u have a nand backup u may be able to use a nand programmer and flash the wii nand but its a complicated process and may be cheaper to get a new wii.

There are no other solutions? I have a feeling that this is fixable, because other people have had the same problem I am having and they seem to pull through.
