    Semi-Bricked

Ok, I figure this is covered somewhere, but I have no clue how to phrase a search...

Anyhow, I CAN load game discs, etc., but only with a lot of trial and error. For the most part, starting the wii results in "System files corrupted, blah blah". I can get around this, but it differs every time, from removing the card, to removing the disc, to booting via bootmii>hbc>system menu. I didn't install any updates recently (I use wiiscrubber to remove every unneeded partition).

Any idea on what I should try to fix this? I'm afraid of just trying something, as it may brick it completely. Any helps would be great, thanks!

You should have posted this in the bricked wii section, but allright. Anyway, judging from your post, it seems that you have bootmii as boot2. Try fixing it using this guide: http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...tion-here.html

There's also a guide on fixing semi bricks stickied in the bricked wii section (where this should have been posted.) Pretty much installing your system menu's ios FIRST and then the system menu from your region will straighten that out. Stick to the guide on semi bricks so you have a step by step.
