You need to restore your settings.txt

    Backup and format your sd-card
    Extract cboot2_wadmanager_1.5_mod.zip to sd:\
    Extract IOS16-64-v257-prod.zip to sd:\wad
    Extract IOS249-v14.zip to sd:\wad
Boot the wii, wadmanager should start
    Select ios36
    Install ios16
    Reboot the wii, wadmanager starts
    Select ios16
    Install ios249

    Format sd-card
    Extract CB2_BB_System-Settings-Replace_MOD.zip to sd:\
Copy settings.txt from PAL or NTSC to sd:\
Boot the wii, replace your settings.txt
