Well some of my games randomly freeze up and whatnot. Plus I get black screens here and there. As you can see I am a member from 2009 and 1 post. Never had an issue following directions with stuff in the past. I don't power off or remove sd card in the middle of (insert procedure here). Just wanted to verify if I follow the precedure will I be able to put the files on the card after the format and be able to get to them or do I need to go out and buy a game to get the 4.1 menu.

    Hello,
I have followed all of your steps as instructed in post #1. However once it completes the loading of the wads and says done the screen just stays black. i have attempted to restart the wii and nothing. I even tried to put the NAND back that i made in the beginning but it tells me the dump is from a different wii. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Extract CB2_BB_SysCheck_1.6.1.zip to your sd card and boot the wii, let syscheck run then post the cvs report here.

You can fix your nand.bin by extracting Bootmii-KEYFIX.rar to the location of nand.bin and key.bin, then run Betmii-KEYFIX.exe.

different wii could be what mauifrog said or that you have a different boot2 version now.

but if it doesnt work after nand format, it could be bluetooth/wifi module.

I ran the syscheck here are the results:

    Region: NTSC-U
The system menu v449 is running under IOS36 (rev 16)
    Hollywood v0x11
    Console ID:58187865
    Boot2 v4
    Found 7 titles
Found 4 IOS on this console
No IOS Stub on this console

As for the key-fix it worked great. Thank you.
When it reloaded the NAND there were a ton of unprocessed blocks. Is that normal?

unprocessed blocks are blocks that match on the console and the dump. there is no point writing the same data that is already there.

Well that makes sense. After I used the keyFix I reinstalled the NAND and then tried to format the wii yet again following the directions from post 1. As before it went black after the done prompt.
I have a question and would like your thoughts.
Would I be able to take a NAND from a good wii and use the key fix to make it so the bad wii recognizes and installes it? Would this do any good?

You seem to have a hardware failure.
