Do you remember if any of your IOS were trucha patched or if you installed cIOSCORP? If you have trucha patch & Bootmii as IOS, then it is possible to restore your NAND. This may not work considering you un-installed IOS60, there is also another method that may work if you installed cIOSCORP. http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...-detected.html
You do not have error 003, but the same method here can be applied to certain other bricks. Otherwise your only choices would be to flash bootmii into your NAND, extremely hard, or buy a motherboard part, moderately expensive.

flashing bootmii into the nand wont work if the wii only supports bootmii as an IOS.

On the plus side, if all attempts to debrick fail, you could always send it to someone who can reprogram it (erikie, me, ??) or attempt it yourself if your soldering skills are good.

Only a nand reprogrammer can fix this with you nand backup.
