Thanks Maui we're making headway however, not there yet. I added the latest mii channel wad from NUS Downloader to the wad folder and when the wii rebooted after the nand formatter finished the mii channel was in the system menu and it worked 100%. The problem now is that the nand formatter doesn't include all the necessary IOS's. I can't play games from the disk channel without updating the system menu, I can't install HBC because I'm getting a no vulnerable IOS files installed error, I can't install the trucha bug on IOS36 using DOP-Mii (I used BB2 to run Dop-Mii since I can't install homebrew). If I could just install tucha bug and patch IOS15 I should be able to install HBC and all the latest channels and IOS's correct? Do you know the work around for this? I gave it a shot and so far no go. Thanks

Just load up wad manager and install the ios you are missing from this folder
Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire

If you install ios15, you should be able to use dop-ios to install ios36 with fakesign. But you can install all of them, except ios70- you don't need it on 4.1.

    Load wadmanager
    CB2_BB_Wad-Manager-1.4.zip
    Use ios36
    Put your wads in sd:\wad
    It should install without issue

Thanks Maui, It all works now. I had to swap BB with BB2 to get it to load Wad manager for some reason the one included in the pack didn't work. Games were trying to load an update so I had to install priiloader with the hack.ini set to block disk and internet updates. It all work now thanks again for your help!

I can't get NAND formatter 4.1 to work at all, but I have the same problem. Can I just install these IOSes?

If you have used the nand formatter, there are no IOS's installed in the nand, which means BB2 and wad manager have no IOS to use.

Basically, you need to go get some other SD cards so you can get something onto your Wii.

hey, Bad. I had a backup, but it's crappy at best. I have IOS 249 and the others on this NAND backup, so I can install wads. I can't really spring for an SD card that may or may not work. I have a SanDisk 2GB microSD card (and adapter) that I'm using, as well as a couple others I've been trying, but really I want to see if I can just manually install IOSes, since this is messed up mainly due to CORP.

If you can restore your backup that has some ios's in it, you should be able to run cb2 dopmii or wad manager and install the things you need to fix it.

    *edit*

also, the san disk nintendo wii branded 2gb cards work perfectly with everything.

I believe you can add IOS like IOS58 to the wad folder and the nand formatter will install it.
