Update Wii to 4.1 with wadmanager 1.5 and no ios60 patch and BRICK!!!

Hi guys. I had a Korea wii with system menu 3.2U and fully softmod, region change. I downloaded system menu v449 (4.1U) on the internet. I though it was wad file and I used wadmanager 1.5, chose ios249 to install. After that, I forgot to install ios60 patched (WTF?) and press Home. After that, only pink and green strips on the screen. And now I khow that without ios60 patched, the 4.1 wii is rubbish, and I must use Dop-ios mod instead of wadmanager. I can't install bootmii as boot 2, Priiloader won't work, and I have cioscorp installed. Can anyone help me because this wii is my mom's present and I don't want to throw it away. And I don't have enough money and knowledge for infectus.
I've show this to the store I bought it but they say it's a strange brick, and may fixed if can get to recovery menu with savemii, and I have to wait until they import savemii to fix my wii and some 003 wiis. Can savemii save my wii? And please help me guys.

I would think the wii would be dead, but I would expect a black screen. The pink and green suggests it is working, I expect you have cIOS60 install from the cIOSCORP pack. I also expect your issue lies in the region settings of the wii. You should buy a gc-controller and do savemiifrii into the recovery menu. From their try to autoboot either and autobooting HBC, autobooting loadmii, or an autobooting any regionchanger. Once you boot into any region changer I suspect you will find some of your settings set to Korean, and fixing them to NTSC USA should resolve your issue. Also if this is the case you can thank the gods you did not install ios60patched, because if you had you would not be able to boot the disks without purchasing a modchip.

Thanks so much. I have cioscorp v3.6, does it have ios60? Like you say, now I must have autoboot anyregionchanger disk, SD card with anyregionchanger. Where could I put the anyregionchanger in my SD? What else must be in the SD, or they just in the disk? Can you upload the autoboot anyregionchanger disk for me, iso file? Do I need drivekey for savemiifrii? My wiiremote still sync with my wii. I can turn on with wiiremote but can't turn off with wiiremote. The wii still swallow the disk, the disk still spinning and I can still eject it, I just don't know does it load the disk. And why if I install ios60 patch, I can't load disk without modchip?
So my wii still work, and it can still be saved. Thanks to you guys.

You need a gc-controller, use it to boot savemiifrii. You should not need a modchip. Ios60patched would have overwriten cios60, which is what will allow you to boot disks without a modchip.
Try to burn New HBC AB.rar, it should boot HBC. Then load ARCmod06.zip in HBC and verify that all of your region settings are set to NTSC-USA, it should also display your installed system menu and warn of any region missmatch. You can post the info here if you need help.

Thank you very much. I'll talk to the store about this method. My Wii is still in their warranty so they must do something about it. And the store have the gc-controler as well.
One thing. All the files in my SD have to place in which order? Is that SD/apps/ARCMod06?
Like you say, the ios60patched overwritten cios60, but I have no idea where is the ios60patched, because I didn't install it. I'm not fully understand that part.

    Yes- sd:\apps\ARC-mod\boot.dol

Don#t worry about ios60patched, don#t install it. Just get into HBC, via the autobooting disk. Hopefully it will work, then load ARC and fix your region settings. That should be all you need.

It is possible that the disk I linked to you will give an error. If it gives an error, this is good, your wii is trying to load the disk, but does not like that one. You may need to try other boot disks, like an autobooting loadmii, or an autobooting ARC. One of those should work for you, you just need to get ARC to load.

Let me know how it goes.

Also, loading an autobooting wadmanager and installing ios60 will remove your cIOSCORP cios60 and you will no longer be able to boot disks without a modchip. Also if you installed an ios60 that is not patched with the trucha bug, you would not be able to boot any recovery disks, with or without a modchip. So don#t let that should install any ios60, it won#t fix your issue.

Installing 4.1K via wadmanger would fix your issue.

So now I have to try ARC autoboot disk. If it works, I have to change settings into NTSC-U. If it not works, I have to use wadmanager autoboot disk and install system menu 4.1K. After that, use ARC to change from K to U right? And can you tell me which setting I have to change into NTSC-U?
But I think this is strange. The system menu needs ios60patched (trucha patch), and if I install it, I can't load disk anymore. How can the system menu works without ios60patched? Or install it after use ARC?
    Anyway, thank you very much.

    Hi maui, long time.
OK, today I went to the store, they tried savemiifrii, on the bottom right, it had 4.1K, and they used ARC autoboot disk, and exactly what you said, an error. It said like wrong disk region or something like that. Maybe they used ARC US region, so my wii couldn't read it, even though they have install a wiikey modchip in to my wii. We thought the wiikey doesn't support autoboot disk, so they are going to use wiikey2 and google or wiki for the modchip that support autoboot disk.
So, can you tell me where to download ARC autoboot for 4.1K, or how to make one in the simplest way? And can you make a list of modchip that support autoboot for me?
Thinking of this method, something I don't exactly understand. Why do we use ARC? Is that when we use it and change settings into NTSC-U, it'll ask for ios60patch, and it'll install it from SD card, and after that the wii unbricked, or we just need the settings, not that ios60patched thing?
Please help me, I beg you guy. And sorry for asking to much. Anyway, thank you so much.

The error you recieve from the disk suggests that the disk is autobooting just fine, but your wii does not like that disk. Try the two disks I linked you to below, if those fail find a game that you can autoboot. Once you can autoboot a backup game, use wiiscruber to replace the "main.dol" with the boot.dol from AnyRegion Changer Mod6.

Also, if my assumptions have been correct- it is very possible that you do not have a wiikey, but cioscorps. This is why your wii is fixable, instead of a full brick with 4.1 and no ios60.

I believe you will be able to get this fixed without any new modchips. Just get into AnyRegion Changer Mod6, and fix your region issues to USA. I will also post an autobooting AnyRegion Changer Mod6 for you test, but not till later (couple of hours)
