Isn't there in the tut a line that says make a bootmii backup before you start messing around with the wii? It would have saved you a lot of money...
Although you still had to buy a mod chip and need some nifty soldering skills

well ya... but getting to bootmii is the problem isnt it? if boomii was on boot2 i wouldnt have this problem right? the bootmii backup is on my sd card but i cant access it... the infectus was my last hope... but since my wii is new... i'll just wait for a sparepart

anyways thanks again for your help...i guess i should just wait around until there is a motherboard on the market somewhere

If you have bootmii backup then you can fix your wii with the infectus modchip. I can't remember if you mentioned it before.
However with the infectus mod chip you can flash your entire nand and rescue your wii!

So, basically, boot1 is hardware implemented and cannot be changed? like being flashed with a vulnerable boot1?

boot1 depends on the hash stored in OTP memory. So if you know of a way to manipulate the OTP memory we can change boot1 otherwise you cannot ...
