    Bricked. Seems fixable. Need Help.

Okay. So, I had 3.4U, I attempted to install Preloader, stupid I know, shoulda read into it. Now, the System Menu says "System Files are corrupt" BUT, when I try to get into the homebrew channel, it basically says a bunch of stuff than, "Maybe not installed?" But it is.

I have no NAND, nor did I have Bootmii at the time. Basically. The only tool at my disposal is the reploader? Send to Nintendo and blame on my older cousin? Or do any of you have any fixes?

That assumes I have HBC or Bootmii though. Also, I'm willing to make a bet the Wad-manager would no doubt give a code dump error

How would you have installed preloader without having the hbc? Give it a shot. If you can access preloader then I'm pretty sure that will work.

No, I mean, the homebrew channel currently doesn't work. Its on there, it just can't load. Gives an error. I'm am still gonna try that guide out though. Also, NUSD kicks butt. Seriously, wish I knew of its existance before hand.

Just make sure you get the right system menu for your region. You don't want a semi brick on top of a preloader brick, lol.

I lost. Constant Code dump errors in Various Wad managers and Dop-IOS. Unless there is another potential program to use.

Do you have cIOS installed? What IOS did you choose to install Preloader with?

I think I have CIOS installed. Pretty sure I do. It was in my SD wads folder before I formatted it. (Althouhg I have all files from my SD saved on my PC). Anyway, previous to this I had Wii menu 3.4U. As for which IOS, I'm not sure, I don't think it promted me. All I did was download it from here: Preloader - WiiBrew
and installed it from the HBC, I don't think it promted me on which IOS to use. I'd check again if I could, but I doubt I could boot preloader within preloader. Would probably cause an error.

It's just that code dumps in Wad Manager usually point to bad cIOS install or no cIOS install.

Why not try running the following from Preloader's Load/Install File option. (It'll boot whichever boot.dol is at root of SD)

sysCheck - WiiBrew - This'll output a file with which you can post some detail about your Wii IOS.

    cIOS38Rev17 Installer.rar - cIOS ver 17 installer, use IOS36.
