Bricked Wii - Not sure what to do

Okay so basically I had a 3.2u wii. I let my friend borrow it for a couple of weeks, and he got annoyed cause he didn't have access to the SDcard menu. so he used wanniko's 4.0 updator and then he tried to reinstall softmii. something messed up when he tried to run the 'Software firmware downgrader'. Anyway preloader won't run, savemiifrii son't run, and I'm out of ideas. I get the wii black screen of death thing, and normally when that has happened I just run preloader or savemiifrii

Does anyone have any ideas? any help is appreciated (: Also if I have to send it in to nintendo, do they accept wii's that have case mods?

The case mod is going to make cause trouble with nintendo. You had to open the case to do the mod right? Then no warranty repairs for you. Remove the sd-card and dvd, check for 2 flashes from the blue led drive light. Backup and format your sd-card, extract cboot2_wadmanager_1.5_mod.zip to sd:\ and boot the wii with the card it. Does wadmanager start?

Do you have bootmii installed as boot2? Does your drive light flash twice when you power on your wii?

i'm not entirely sure what i did to get wad manager to start, but I got it to. Btw before doing this I also put in a system menu 3.2u wad file into the wad folder just incase that might help. What should I do from here?

and I am pretty sure that I don't have bootmii installed
edit: and yes it does flash twice

EDIT: From what I can see I think I fixed it, thanks bunches mauifrog!

    Extract IOS60-patched.zip to sd:\wad
    Download4.1U-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v449.wad to sd:\wad
    Boot into wadmanager, use ios249- you'll need a gc-controller
    Install ios60
    then
    SM 4.1
