Does your dvd light still flash twice quickly when you power on? Can you access preloader by holding reset when you power on? Do you have a nand backup?

    Backup and format your sd-card
    Extract cboot2_wadmanager_1.5_mod.zip to sd:\
    Extract IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug].zip to sd:\wad
    Extract 4.2u-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v481.wad.zip to sd:\wad
Boot the wii, cross your fingers- wadmanager should start, use ios249
    Install ios70
    Then
    Install SM 4.2
    You'll need a gc-controller
That should fix it, let me know.

P.S. If wadmanager fails to load, you are screwed.

Format your sd-card and extract bootmii_folder-NTSC.zip, boot the wii. Anything happen?
    What sd-card are you using?
Does you blue led drive light flash twice at boot with disk and card removed?
I thought all bricks where software related failures? Who told you they where easy to fix? They don't call it a brick for nothing.

None of that will work without a system menu. The recovery menu is part of the system menu, you uninstalled it. You can cross your figures and try.
    Read this-
    http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...creen-wii.html

Did you check for the two blue led flashes from the drive light? You said you had installed bootmii boot2.
