    Red face channels rebooting wii

recently used comex nand formatter on a old bricked wii with bootmii boot2 since i lost all data from that wii (nand.bin and keys.bin)
installed the 4.1 sysmenu and ios60 so the would boot again (worked fine)
run some game to install some ios's so i could use ios15 and start over with softmodding
so i did and used the New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii tutorial from dog-eggs from the recommended tut section, found here ( http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html )
everything went smooth and worked fine
till i today booted up that wii and wanted to enter the hbc, then that restarted the wii
first thought a glitch orso duringthe install from hbc, ran it again tried again, the same
so tried running the neogamma channel from the guide, also rebooted my wii
but from preloader it will enter the channel without a hitch
and i'm kinda guesiing in the dark what it could be, so i ran dop ios mod and ran the check hoping someone could see what's wrong (maybe a wrong patch on a ios? or forgot to patch one ?)
    this came out
    "Dop-IOS MOD Report"

What version is dop-ios-mod? Version 11.3/4 have a bug which can cause this trouble. If this may be the case, try to run dop-ios-mod v11.5, then scan the wii, this would fix the issue.

If this is not the case, let me know and I will scratch my head more.
